    I am starting afresh. The winter "holidays" have, as usual, left me flabby and depressed.

    intake:
    black tea, bowl of italian wedding soup: 120 cals
    2 glasses red wine: 200 cals
    apple cider vinegar/cayenne pepper/ginger tonic: 0 cals
    dieters' tea (senna): 0 cals

    exercise: jog a block, 100 squats, 100 sit ups

    at work tonight i will probably do a couple shots and maybe some sparkling wine, but no food and water to chase only.

    this
    is
    why
    i
    look

    feel

    pig
    shit.
